The location of the hotel was convenient, with several takeaways nearby. Our room was clean and tidy, and the service met our expectations.
The lack of attention to detail in terms of upkeep. There were holes in the walls, stained mattresses and pillows, and the bathroom was not well-maintained.

The room was quite spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with some nice shops and eateries in the area. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep.
The facilities were quite outdated and in need of some maintenance. The bathroom fittings were prone to movement and the room had a stale smell upon entering.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Christchurch and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable at just $120 per night, which is quite rare in New Zealand. The attention to detail was also impressive, with recently upgraded, clean and lovely bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the city center, shops, and takeaways. It was also conveniently situated near the beach, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rooms had all the basic amenities we needed and even had a very warm heater, which was much appreciated during our stay.
All was well during my stay.

Location close to city center, clean and functional facilities, helpful staff. I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the city center and also near shops and takeaways. The hotel facilities were clean and functional, and I was able to cook my own meals and even do some laundry. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, giving me tips on where to go and what to see in this city. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Hard to think of anything. Honestly, it's hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The price was affordable and we were able to book a room during the xmas season. We also appreciated the basic kitchen facilities, allowing us to cook meals. the hotel was located near key attractions which made it easy to explore the city. On top of that, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was outdated and in need of renovation. the room was cramped and the furniture was old.
